Personal Training:

Working one-on-one with your trainer will allow for an individualized training program based on your how your body moves, your goals, and any limitations you may have.

Spoil yourself and leave aside the crowded gyms and enjoy a session in which workouts have been programmed for you and where you have an experienced and qualified trainer at your side at all times.

Classes:

These sessions are targeted to get you results while having fun and enjoying the encouragement from others in our small group setting. With a maximum of 12 people per class you’re sure to get to know the Trainers and the rest of the Le Gym Family as we all workout together! We recommend attending 2-3 classes per week for maximal results!

Looking for a fun cardio class? Then look no further! PULSE will work your full body and torch your body fat! Incorporating proven fitness methods you are guaranteed a fun session with upbeat DJ mixes and laser light show. 

The perfect compliment to PULSE  is our STRONG class, a full body strength class! Whether you’re looking to get a little stronger but not bulk up, or if you’re into bodybuilding, there is something for everyone in this class. Make sure you attend at least twice a week to see results!

BOOTY BOOTCAMP is a ladies ONLY class, and we know what you really want – so we’re giving it to you! With our targeted programming let’s get our bodies toned.

CIRCUIT TRAINING is a popular form of workout that targets aerobic fitness and muscular endurance simultaneously.

Note: We will conduct classes whether it is a full class or there is one registered person for the class! Everyone in every class will get the Trainer’s best effort and commitment. Due to the limited number of spaces in each class we have a strict 4 hour cancellation policy. If you do not send a message to the Gym’s phone line +961 71 670170 or one of the Trainer’s phone numbers MORE than 4 hours advance of the START time, then a session will be automatically deducted from your account. We do not typically allow refunds on paid sessions. If you have an extenuating circumstance (ex, moving out of the country) please contact us at the number listed above and we will see if we can accommodate your request.
